This area is prone to flooding, the trees being removed are only going to make this problem worse. Not to mention the devaluing of houses and the wildlife being uprooted.

It is a significant loss not only to wildlife but to the population as a whole !! Why can't this be done in a more sensitive way ? If it does need to be cut back why not just by the track its self ? Not total devastation !!!

What is to be gained by cutting down trees, when they will have to be replaced by fencing? Natural noise reduction at little cost.

This area is and should always be a haven for wildlife and plants. Let's face it, Woolston is a beautiful English village that should be preserved.

As a resident of bluemels drive I am concerned about the lack of consultation. Also the effect of cutting back this vegetation will have on noise levels form the railway line .
