URGENT! Stop Choto Landing Development in West Knoxville

Northshore Rd is dangerous already and cannot tolerate that additional volume.

Aside from destroying our home values, Northshore needs to be a 4 lane as it is now! Increasing the flow by this many potential vehicles would make Northshore a parking pot!

I oppose Choto Landing! I will certainly remember how the politicians handle this and you will either lose my support or keep it depending on how you represent this community!

Terrible vision for this area

I live downhill from the proposed development. Lake Cove subdivision already has flooding problems from runoff, which would be substantially worsened by the proposed development. The proposed development would create increase runoff and likely cause property damage in the Lake Cove neighborhood.

Opposed to Choto Landing Development

I oppose this development

We cannot handle the volume of traffic and strain of resources this development will create.

Stop this project!

I strongly oppose this development for a multitude of reasons and I request that the officials elected to serve hear the large number of us who have legitimate concerns and put a stop to this.

I do not want low income people in my community. They will bring crime, lack if education, strains on our utility services, roads, and lower my property value.

Traffic is already awful and Farragut schools are busting at the seams. Please don’t let this happen!!

This is detrimental on so many levels. This proposal lacks the necessary improvements to infrastructure - both above and below ground - to handle the incremental drainage, traffic (already brutal) and walkways to accommodate such a development. Northshore needs improved upon, not worsened!

Not a good plan for so many reasons I have already stated.

There are no positives to this project

Northshore cannot handle that kind of traffic. Does not seem well thought out considering impact on schools, the land, and our community.
