Too much development being allowed without changes in the roads.

This project invites danger on many levels to our neighborhood. The county does not have the consent of the governed who will bear the impact of this project and who pay the taxes.

There is no justification for low income housing in the South Northshore corrider! Bad idea for future "renters" and existing homeowners. Good idea for ?????

Stop the Choto Landing project, the infrastructure cannot support and it's a waste of $18M+ for 56 low income homes. Our tax dollars could be better utilized by fixing the roads, safety support and water issues in the area.

This is not a proper location for low income based housing. The people targeted for this project will be set to fail, they will not have the services they need, there is no public transport to get to this area. Where are the studies that back up that this project will be successful in this area? We are not against developing housings like this, but this is definitely not the place to put one, it will not benefit anyone but the people building it. Please stop the Choto Development.
