We stongly oppose this proposed development. Further Mayor Jacobs did not seek surrounding neighborhoods imput prior to recommending this low income, multi housing project. any ideas why he passed us up on this?

Terrible. This development needs to be stopped. The infrastructure, particularly the roads, I not there to support this project.

Why would anyone want to intentionally ruin and devalue one of the nicest areas in west Knoxville. Northshore Drive was always a scenic, idyllic, beautiful drive!

We don’t need section 8 to drive our home values down and the safety of our children at risk.

This is a bad site for this type of development! Problems are major traffic issues, drainage and sewage, fresh water supply, lack of sidewalks, no public transportation, no school buses and absence of grocery stores, etc.

Has anybody explored other suitable sites in Knox Cty for this type of housing?
