The people in charge of approving the NUMEROUS developments that are wreaking havoc on our beautiful, peaceful city should take whatever financial gains they've acquired through the process and MOVE ON. Knoxville/Farragut doesn't want you here. TN doesn't want you here. Maybe move to a nice BLUE state that shares your greed, ignorance and disdain for the greatest country in the world.

We should really focus on the fact that this area is not suitable for lower income families as we do not have easy access to grocery stores, public transportation, sidewalks or playgrounds.

Choto Landing Development is not appropriate for the property located on Northshore Drive. There is no public transportation available for the residents. Traffic already is huge problem for Northshore Drive which is a two lane road and it will only be worse with this high density development. Choto Landing is not wanted or needed by the community.

This area is already way too crowded for the infrastructure. I live at the corner of northshore and Mont cove blvd. the number of wreck I hear right outside my backyard on a weekly basis is astounding. On a daily basis there is constant honking and people slamming in their brakes because people are unsafely pulling out of the neighborhood due to the amount of traffic already in this area.

Stop Choto Landing! Our infrastructure is not made for high density housing. We do not have enough room on our roads for more people. We do not have room in our schools for more people. This is not a good decision

Keeps a Community as a quiet neighborhood - already overcrowded, where, as traffic and utilities have become a problem for the current residence, also education opportunities for children due to overcrowding.

Fully agree with all reasons this should not be developed. It’s obvious, rational, and does not need an emotional or biased position to be justified.
