On behalf of almost 1500 people, we are requesting an urgent request to investigate the bad situation of document admission in the Italian embassy,Tehran branch. Many people are facing very close deadlines and many may lose their career and educational prospects if their documents are not "valued and declared."
Currently the embassy is accepting only 20-25 people on only days of Monday-Thursday. The queue is being pilled up and many are suffering.

We appreciate the current and on going kind cooperative actions of the embassy members and thank them so far.
It would be very much appreciated and calming if for a short amount of time the entry can be doubled if possible, so the life many young and educated people would not be compromised because of lack of staff. We believe Italy has always been a great friend and an urgent action regrading this matter will definitely results in better terms of relations,
