URGENT! NJ Business Owners The Sweeney Bill (S4204) Must Be Stopped!

Passage of legislation without full consideration of all its consequences is wrong. Please review what you are doing and modify this legislation.

It go's to show how much Government knows about business. Again Nothing. I believe government officials should have business experience and consult with consultant before making such stupid decision or the bill should be put out for comment for all business. There the ones that pay taxes and submit taxes for the state.

Do not pass this bill.

For the few employers who have always done it wrong..this is good. But, for the real small employers and individuals who are SELF-Employed and pay their taxes, pay their insurance, pay employees who work for them, have pension plans and enrich the NJ economy this bill is misguided. PROTECT THE SMALL BUSINESS IN NJ. vote NO. to 4024.
