This would have a devastating impact on youth sports in Manhattan.

My soccer team plays on the fields year around

The limited park space in New York City is an important resource. Please do not take it away from our children.

Please keep this beautiful free space for our kids. We also need it to remain free and worry free for parents and caregivers.

There are so few options already in the city for kids to play team sports, please consider other options across the wider state.

The kids need these fields. Use the parking lot at Ichan!

These fields are important for our kids! These activities build characters and keeps kids busy and out of trouble!!!!

Space for our chidren's athletics has always been a challege. I understand and empsthise NYC's asylum-seekers shelter issues. The solution to this is not depriving NYC childrens ability to play on Randalls Island

I do feel compassion for the immigrants however the solution can not be at the expense of our children who are American and NYC citizens.

This is a “quality of life” issue.

There are so few green spaces for kids in the city - this field is needed!

I think we would be better served by using upstate facilities.

This is ridiculous and the New York city mayor should be removed from office
