Cost of living is enough as it is without having to pay extortionate amounts to be buried. RIP off Birmingham council.

I would like to sign the petition against higher burial costs as the last thing a family needs at a time of mourning is to be faced with extra burial costs and Many will struggle to pay them

This way over the annual increase the burial market has seen which is 8percent on average over the last 10 years

This is not fair for people who can't afford it, think of young people who've lost their parents or loved ones, and the elderly who can't afford to pay for the burial of their partner or kin. This is not the price someone who's lost a loved one should pay... Totally unfair. Death shouldn't be this expensive!
