Urge the Council to reduce the proposed 55% increase to burial costs in Birmingham from April 2019

This is just ludicrous....I can't understand what justifies this increase!

Absolutely ridiculous by Birmingham city council. A 55% increase is nothing short of scandalous.

Death a harrowing part of life, but I fail to understand why the council and government are trying to make more money from it. Isn’t life expensive enough now, that we have to think about our death and worry about the loved ones we’ll leave behind.

Too expensive for poor people very hard to afford

This hugh price rise will negative effect on working class people. Its already high funeral prices putting working class in to debts. Please review it again and reduce the funeral price.
