To be totally frank to the council. Make money through congestion charges or parking fines etc, but not through the grief of its public.

I believe that the increase is extortionate, the average working class people are struggling to keep their necks above water, due to inflation, stagnant wages, ever increasing bills and service charges. This is quite literally a final nail in the coffin!
