Urban agriculture is a necessity. It can combat several effects of poverty. It gives us more control of and appreciation for food.

Cities build resiliency by having close food supply - and its time to eliminate the barriers that keep farmers from being able to do it. I stand with Urban Grange!

This is exactly what Urban communities need. They need to be supported by the local government and residents. This is a good thing! Don't make them stop,

I wholeheartedly disagree with what you are about to do and support this couple in their efforts. I have lived in the county for 20 years and there's no reason why we should not support this type of ultra responsible agriculture. I strongly encourage you to Grant them a waiver if zoning changes or whatever you can do city ordinance-wise to allow them to continue. It is the job of theccity council to represent the people- if the citizens who voted the city council in support this business then there's no reason why you should go against it it would be stupid politically. Thank you for your time.

Let Urban Grange keep doing what they are doing. Leave the farmer in Richmond County alone and give them back their Ag zoning. Small farms that are doing things the right way bring the County more business by attracting people from other counties and even states to the area and they spend money in this County so it helps other businesses as well and brings in revenues; gas stations, shopping, restaurants, etc. while in the area and even those considering relocating once they see a nice area while visiting. Think about it Richmond County.

Rezoning makes sense! Urban Grange is a successful small business in Richmond County. It is wise to model good, sustainable business practices as well as modeling healthier, sustainable living. Please do the right thing and WELCOME Urban Grange to Augusta!
