The reality of immigrant professionals wasting their talent in low-wage jobs while Chicago leadership drags its feet is infuriating. I have been burning up the phones to get Upwardly Global to take us seriously and I refuse to let them ignore the potential sitting right here in our city.

The Chicago leadership is still ignoring the talent trapped in low-skilled jobs while we sit just short of our next goal. Hit that share button right now because we need to shove this number in their faces before they can brush us off again.

My neighbor is a literal engineer working as a busboy right now. This is a huge waste of talent for our city.
Chicago is a city of immigrants. let's actually help these folks find work that matches their skills.
its crazy how many people here in the city are working at coffee shops when they have degrees from back home. we need this program!
PLEASE BRING THIS HERE!! We have so much potential sitting on the sidelines.
finally some common sense help. stop letting people rot in underemployment.
