Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

Just use your common sense.

Enough is enough.

Sex is defined at birth, male or female. It is not an opinion or a “feeling” that one Chan change on a whim. There is no fluidity to one’s gender; they are born as they are. Please support what humanity has known as FACT since the beginning.

It is very important to me that all people with gender confusion can get the help they need, rather than being encouraged to remain ill.

As a biology major and teacher I am in total agreement with this petition! As a teacher of middle school aged young people I am concerned immensely at the confusion this creates in their volition young lives.

Science is proof of gender, not someone's ideological fantasy of what they think gender is

I fully support identifying people as male or female from conception. Regardless of feelings or thoughts you are as you are born and nothing can change that.

The fact this petition is necessary shows the degeneracy in the world.

Thank you for creating this letter and petition. I am very concerned about the impact of the liberal agenda which tells young people to explore their sexual identity and embrace being homosexual, transgender, bisexual, etc. As someone who does counseling and inner healing, this is very harmful, hurtful, and NOT helpful to those suffering from sexual identity confusion. Furthermore, before this gender identity agenda grew into a title wave, every person I’ve met , Including people in my own extended family, have a typical scenario for sexual identity confusion, including the same sex parent not receiving them the other parent being smothering or controlling and/or being sexually abused. There are an appalling number of people who have been sexually abused. A friend of mine is a competitive athlete and the women are losing to transgender men and even in the levels of testosterone allowed by transgender males to participate in the Olympics is still too high to allow a fair playing field for the female athletes. A professor friend of mine told inquiring fellow staff that the reason he does not have (the ever evolving) letters defining the categories of “sexual identity“ on his office door is because they do not include an “H” for heterosexual, Until they are walking what their preaching/to be inclusive, the sign will not be posted on his office door. It is nearly impossible to watch a TV program without being forced to watch this agenda play out in their characters. It is similar to communist indoctrination my Chinese friend experiences. Most colleges are also petri dishes/hot beds for this agenda and I find the local college students unequipped with critical thinking skills and never having examined/ developed their own worldview; they just swallow whatever is taught them. This is a HUGE issue that is disintegrating individuals, families, and our society at an alarming rate.
