I agree with the scientific definition of sex in federal law and policy.

As a RN I completely agree that sex /gender are completely biologically determined! Hence when a woman gives birth the dr looks at the baby, congrat's it's a boy or girl based on its biological anatomical body parts and sex.

Your genes and chromosomes identify you as male or female. No matter what you do or is done to you, this face will never change. All people should be treated with love and compassion, and given the help they need to exixt as they are, but not 'treatment' to change what cannot be changed.

Since sex has already been predetermined, we must accept it as is and live with it in a peaceful manner.

There are thousands of biological differences which cannot be changed by "thinking", can they?
