Petition to Uphold the Scientific Definition of Sex in Federal Law and Policy

I thank the initiator(s) of this petition for putting scientific knowledge ahead of fanatical political agendas.

Most of these people are suffering from a mental illness not a physical defect and the mental illness must be addressed. Mutilating one's body does not fix the problem. Regardless, you can take drugs and chop all you want you cannot change the DNA that created you. We must put an end to this insanity and outright child abuse in many cases. There are 2 sexes and you are the sex determined by your DMA.

Can't believe it has come to this. Male, female and intersex are the biological options for sex determination.

The fact that this petition is necessary illustrates the danger in letting the MeToo Movement intimidate state legislators into passing the so-called Equal Rights Amendment. It reads: "Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged on account of sex." How would federal courts interpret the word "sex" - scientifically or politically??! Stop ERA!!!
