Just because you wish you were another gender doesn't make it so. You were born with a certain DNA and that can't be changed no matter how much wishing and surgery you do

only a person who's DNA shows them to be male should be identified as male. same applies for females.

The medical field will never be able to change the treatment of a human based on a wish to be a different gender. For example, unless a person goes through ba sex change they will be treated for males/female issues even if the they don't identity as such.

There are only two genders. If people pretend to be a different gender that doesn't make them that gender, it means they're playing make believe. If someone wants to live their life as a different gender it's their life, but it still doesn't make them the gender they're pretending to be.
