The concept of Transgenderism makes the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act moot.
There is a HUGE difference between sex and gender identity. If you have SRY in your DNA you are male, if not, you are female. Even a man with androgen insensitivity disorder is still a man even though from all outward appearance he looks female.
If gender identity is truly on a spectrum then everyone's gender is unique, which means gender identity is just individual identity looked at through the prism of masculine or feminine stereotypes. We could easily look at identity through the prism of cultural stereotypes to define "racial identity" or "political identity" or "economic identity", all of which mean absolutely nothing scientifically and certainly should not bestow legal privilege.

I agree America must accept reality that biologically men are men and women are women. Transgender thinking is a mental illness and undermines the Creator ‘s origional human design, male and female and provided the genes to create as such.

Tax payers should not have to pay for gender reassignment either they want it thay pay for it along with the drugs for it.
