The government must stop trying to legislate away our identity, our rights and our freedom. Instead, Congress must join the President in protecting Americans. BUILD THAT WALL.

I fully agree with this petition and applaud the people & institutions who are acting on this issue. Federal government's involvement sets a level of precedence that is finalizing, and the matter of gender identity is far from finality. The professional medical community's research should be thorough and in full agreement, taking precedence before any laws are considered.

I am personally affected by transgenderism. My daughter calls herself a male. She is smart, funny, talented and deserving of respect and love but I agree with the science and opinions of this petition. Her and I disagree on some aspects but choose to agree on love.
