Cobb County staff has recommended denying Z52. This petition is requesting the commissioners uphold staff recommendations. If they do approve it, you can have one of these in your backyard if there is a property available. This will set a precedence that is not good for West Cobb or any part of Cobb for that matter. More people is more traffic, which is already not so great....not to mention...the beauty of West Cobb is actually the woods and trees.....please don't allow West Cobb to look like East Cobb...overbuilt,,,look at how Boulder, Colorado saved their "open spaces"

RSL should not be allowed in low density designations. Enough! What happens when the developers can't sell all of the RSL units that are being built. No longer RSL...

Worst possible use of that land. Thank you for this petition. That area is already congested and I've lived here since 1987 and watched that road explode with development. Don't need high density there.
