We work in HEAT,RAIN,DUST,SMOKE every harsh climate one can imagine, staying in remote locations to lit up the country help its growth... don't we deserve to be paid equal to ONGC.

Pay revision is the basic motivation to executives to achieve ambitious target of 1 Billion tonnes coal production. Targets are at par with Maharatna PSUs but why not pay scale.
