#RemovePayAnamolyCIL @CoalIndiaHQ In addition to adoption of Maharatna pay scale there is another big anomaly for deptt. Non-exe promoted to executive earlier getting less pay with their Jr promoted under NCWA IX,which not yet resolved by CIL &its Subs, req immediate solution.

Almost all Maharatna have completed the 7th pay commission including many Navratna. Why CIL is always behind these PSUs.? We want justice asap.
