2. CIL Project Areas are in very remote locations, where in some areas does't have basic necessary facilities.
3. There is huge Pay Anamoly In Coal India Limited between Executives and Non-Executives.
Where Executives have more functional responsibility & workload and political and social intervention in day to day operations.

CIL executives should get payscale similar to ONGC as we deserve it. CIL has been paying hugely to the exchequer as its executives are working for the development of nation with great commitment and dedication in extreme conditions.

We work in an environment not rosier than ONGC neither we are loss making, we too are maharatna company, then why less pay than ONGC. why less pay than our own worker working under us. An iti pass out at entry level will get more pay than an IIT graduate in this company, unique pay structure of its kind in the world...need to make it justified.
