The pay revision of coal india executives is unnecessarily being delayed by the management. It should be finalised asap so that the opportunity cost of arrear can be minimised.

The pay revision scale demand for junior officer is need of hour to remove pay anomaly and to retain the talent as well as pay as per ONGC . The coal indian personnel are working in one of the worst environmental condition for lighting the rest of the country.
