It's too late to finalize the pay revision of executives, please take a positive step in this regard at the earliest

Its high time that higher authorities heed to the reality and show some respect to the ground management/ young executives who toil hard in rain/dust/scorching heat. Cil has been conferred with maharatna status since 2010 but the pay scale was never revised/upgraded similar to other maharatna companies. The significance of contribution of younger executives is apparent from the fact that after 2009/2010 (after the infusion of young engineers) cil's production is jumped from 295.51 million tonnes to 567.37 million tonnes. So it's obvious that the arrival of young executives has caused a surge in coal production. Hence the management/ministry must recognise the hardship of the ground soldiers and do the necessary to boost their moral and self esteem (that's hanging on a thread due to pay anomalies/ lower pay than non-executives).
