Its high time that the government finalized the pay hike and agree to the demands of the executives of coal India who are working in such tough condition.

Pay revision is our right. Delay in pay is denial of our rights. We, as working people of coalindia demand our right. Pay revision must be implemented without delay. Apathy of ministry of coal must end.

Non Finalisation of Pay Revision and adamant attitude shown by the Ministry and Coal India for our Pay Anomaly is causing dissatisfaction among us. We will be left with no option but to resort to other means which may hamper Coal production and despatches of Coal India.
