Without proper compensation it leads to demotivation. And the fact is being a profit making psu meeting all finacial criterias to upgrade scales.. We are failing to do this by showing some random baseless arguments... We work in harshEenvironments than any other psu does still no better pay. Please don't do injustice with us

We lost our hope now.at the time of interview they said pay revesion will be soon but time never come.as a maharatna highest profit making company like ongc we expect the pay scale of ongc.why we are deprived?tell us one reason.

The bone of the economic growth of our country is electricity generated by coal which is produced by us The Coal India. But, executives of the Maharatna company face lot of problem at workplace with minimal compensatation.
If our demand not fulfilled the country may face shortage of Coal supply if we go on strike.

Coal India executives works very hard in coal dust and dark underground mines risking their lives. They must get the best pay revision on ONGC scale or above that.
