All bonafied members of ALL INDIA ASSOCIATION OF COAL EXECUTIVES (AIACE)should join the petition.It is much delayed. It is shameful for a maharatna co -CIL. Other PSU EXECUTIVES will Lough at -CIL MANAGEMENT FOR NOT GETTING APPROVAL FROM THE CONCERNED MINISTRY.
