Frustrating for all of us when a non executive is getting more basic then an executive, all non executive are getting more bonus as compared to PRP of a junior executive. CIL is harsh on executive in every ground when it comes to pension fund management. Deducting 7% from basic means we are in the place where we were before one and half years before one promotion and one increment. What we get is only responsibility , liable for work and nothing else.

Plz upgrade the payscale as per ONGC Grade and implement it as soon as possible.
