Getting lesser pay than our contemporary of other maharatna PSU even our subordinates in same company makes difficult and embarassing to work. So it is requested to finalize pay anomaly soon, so that our work would not get hampered. It would be a failure of Govt that a simple pay revision is taking more than 19 months (605 days). Pay revision of central government, state government and most of the PSUs has already been implemented but why the coal India is getting the half blooded behaviour. Mr Piyush Goyal sir it's your department which is getting half blooded response from the cabinet. Pls do something to prevent your size from downfall.

Coal India Pay Revision has already been delayed in comparison to Other PSU. Ministry of Coal must be given priority like other issues.

We are working in substandard conditions and quality of our lives is sub standard...Pls pay heed to our demands

The efforts should not be just for the early finalisation but to solve the pay anamoly and grant pay scale in par with ONGC , once we get settles for lower pay hike they offer we will not be able to raise the concern later ... we should all be united for this and if CMOAI is not potent enough to fight for us .. we should make a different association , prefable for just junior executives ..
