We need equality as far as pay revision is concerned.

Justified demand..but no one listening.. Pura Desh ka main electric power ka source hain Coal.. Aur Coal India plays main role to meet the power demand of the country..maximum logon ko idea nehi hain kaise coal ka production hota hain.. Kaise kaise jage pe coal mines hain.. Log AC main baithte hain relax karte hain merto city main aur coal India ka employes rahene ke liye quarter mehi, pine k liye pani nehi fir bhi rat din ek karke kam kare ja rahe hain take desh k baki logo ko aram ho..saher se lekar gaon kat sab ko bijli mile.. Aur usi company ka junior executive jinko sab se jayada mahenat kar na parta hain production achieve ka ne keliye uni logo ka ek justified deman ko nehi suna ja raha hain..

I have high expectations with BJP government that they will do justice with coal executives demand. Who are forcibly working at a salary lesser than their subordinates.

Please remove pay anomaly by approving Maharatna pay scale at par with ONGC.
