The attitude of MOC and CIL towards pay revision is very demotivating.

Junior executives work more but paid less than non executives.CIL can't grow with 5000 unsatisfied junior executives.

Really absurd pay revision... How can an executive have less pay than a crane operator??? They get pay in name of overtime ND Sunday ND we get lieu leaves for extra work.. Pretty frivolous.. If we take leaves then work gets pending ND anyway we will have to do the pending work on joining duty..

Dussehra and festive season is coming, will the "officers"of this company go empty pocketed in this festive season? Or shall the "officers" take loans from workers and staffs already enjoying 10th wage board?

Tough time for lower level executive. Working load heavy, heavy tension, heavy pressure from high level, no family life, no social life, low salary. Ghut ghut ke maro.

Harsh conditions, remote postings, tough life... What not... But at least pay should be given at par with maharatna status.

It's basic things which we are asking. In every organisation it has been already implemented.
