With respect to hardship faced by coal indians due to nature of their job and conditons in which they are doing their duty even though we are
committed to provide energy security to the nation , early fixation in upgraded pay will provide relief to the employees working. Among the PSUs higher no. Of employes are leaving this industry to less facility available as compared to other maharatna company
