It’s important for country towns to provide healthy and accessible activities for young and particularly teenage children. It keeps them out of trouble. An upgraded skate park would not only benefit the locals but our large influx of tourists.

Yes please!!
I’m there on a regular basis with my 4 kids but it only caters to older kids. My little one try to use it too and have almost been cleaned up by older ones too many times.
It’s actually dangerous!

The skate park is in definite need of a renewal,or at least an upgrade. It's become degraded and too small for the amount of kids that use it. It's become a safety concern and I think our kids are worthy of this effort.

Make new skate park becuse the other skate park is not in best shape get very boring after a while and our parent don’t want to drive use to margs to go there every day at there’s so can u make us a new skate park please

This is an important part of the town. Along with childcare, we need facilities to be kept upgraded to keep families in the town. I don’t have children myself, yet see the benefits of the skate park the local children look after the area and don’t cause issues at the location.

This is well overdue. Its been like this since my sons were young. Margaret Rivers Park has been upgraded several times and not one dollar has been spent in Augusta for our children and children who come for holidays.

Think it’s about time for the “powers that be”!! Take a look at the safe beautifully lit well presented Skate Park at Cowaramup. Time the AMR Shire to give the kids of Augusta the same privileges.
