As previously announced, there is a basic pay raise of 4.1% with an additional 0.5% to be used for locality pay. This means that some areas will get a higher raise than others. Here are all of the 2023 locality pay tables for each grade and step in ever locality. Federal employees in these GS locality pay areas will see the highest pay raises next year. 4.6% is not enough we need 25% to be above of our cost of living currently 13%. I want to have better life and don't want to live check by check.

Cost of living went up 13%. Every other VA got a increase... Where's OURS???
