No shelters should be a kill shelter no animal has asked to be placed there or asked if they want to die. They have the right to live and be adopted out.

The incompetent leadership in the commissioners office---GRADY--and his pick for shelter director has lead to the unnecessary and cruel murder of innocent, healthy lives! Shame on everyone and anyone who dirtied their hands on this one! Time to clean house of the ignorant and unrepentant idiots who thought this was ok! You need someone who is willing to work for change-someone who thinks outside the needle! Spend some of that taxpayer money and get a new director with training in no-kill methods as they are proven to work!!!

While I realize that not all dogs can be saved, I also know that many are not just because of too many, lack of volunteers. There is also the other side, it is made to easy. Please show we the people that you are truly trying to correct the situation.

Stop killing dogs that are adoptable, Franklin county/ Columbus should be embarrassed that they are the capital and run such an inhumane shelter.

In this there is no excuse to kill animals based on time, shyness, medical, etc. Please show compassion and make FCDS a NO KILL shelter
