This petition is designed to address the serious lack of space and sanitary requirements on campus. As many may know extra buildings have been built to accommodate the rise in students. However, at this time many university students are taking serious notice to the poor sanitary conditions of these buildings. Such as the local university pavilion which has been recently found to have dead vermin as well as fecies from unknown wildlife. The air quality of the room is poor, not properly heated and overall simply unsanitary for such large groups of students. Lastly as student you have a right to the buildings the price of your education entails. Action must be taken to rectify the sanitary issue in UP1500 and proper spacing needs to be made a top priority at UOIT.
