We, the signed, believe that Sylvio's Casino - The House of the Rising Sun - deserves to have an NPC Banker.

We also feel strongly that an entrance to the Casino could be placed inside the cellar of the UO:Forever Casino adjacent to West Britain Bank.

Extensive studies have shown that adding a banker to the Casino, for as long as it is maintained, would not harm the atmosphere at existing banking hotspots such as the First Bank of Britain and would be a substantial benefit for Ultima Online Forever as a whole.

The Casino currently does not have an entrance of it's own, and one is greatly needed. The inclusion of an entrance to the Casino from inside the cellar of the existing Casino would also be a nice addition, but keep in mind that the general public does not currently have access to the cellar, so a method would need to be devised to rectify that problem.
