Can't handle the load now, yet new subdivisions and developments are being built even as I type.

Please put a plan in place for the improvements of our infrastructure and utilities and execute said plan before allowing anymore development. Exercise common sense!

It's in a flood plain, It is overcrowded, The roads won't handle the traffic and now it is shown to lack sewer capacity. This is a disaster waiting to happen and should not be allowed.

Of course I'm against this project due to the threat ot is going to cause in the long run and the more pressure put on our underestimation of water supply as well as natural disasters causing big problems for the sewage company's and yada yada.

Adding Arcadia Views sewage to our yards and streets is unacceptable betrayal by our own state and county.

Please stop this before it goes any further. What is good for Laurel Park's tax base is not for Hendersonville. We wi8ll be suffering sewage, traffic and over-crowding for schools for what? This is a lovely area, go some where else to expand your tax base.!

Since that site has been annexed by Laurel Park, they need to take ownership of this proposed community.
