This is the obvious result of unplanned growth. First the consideration of desirability ( highly questionable for many), then the infrastructure (more expensive than its proponents care to admit) and only then the decision to build (with a reasonable levy on the builders responsible for this incremental cost.

Hendersonville is struggling with rapid growth, as many small towns. To avoid potentially spreading disease because of an undersized water/sewer system certain steps must be taken ‘in proper order’. The sewer system must be addressed prior to adding housing developments, not the other way round. We all lose when short sightedness overtakes common sense.

Absolutely stop all applications for running any new sewers in Henderson County until the system is fixed to handle more waste

There is a lot of over crowding in the Mills River/ Hendersonville area. Our Infrastructure cannot handle any more growth/developments. Our school systems cannot handle any more developments in the Mills River area, not any area.

A complete study to determine and repair rain run off of the major buildings in the area that are currently flowing into the sewer system needs to be undertaken as soon as possible. Also large paved parking lots need to have proper drainage so that rain water is not penetrating the sewer system and causing over capacity during rain events.

Hendersonville 64 West does *NOT* need any new developments, especially since the city cannot handle the sewers in their current conditions. Also, traffic is a complete nightmare, as there are only two stop lights within four miles. Please do not build Arcadia Views, or any other subdivisions, apartments, or houses. It is overcrowded *NOW* for those of us who live near or along 64 West. Thank you.

This should have been taken care of the governor is responsible in keeping our community safe and should make sure this problem is solved. There is enough money for these things so what is it being used for.

It seems senseless to ignore the facts about Hendersonville sewer fast track not being able to control capacity-related sanitary sewer overflows when their certificate says it can control sanitary sewer overflows.
