I have seen sewage running in the street in front of my house on Joneborough Street many times. This must stop!

This is important for better community health and should be a priority item for Hendersonville and Henderson County.

It's time to fix this situation. When ever we have a little rain, the streams in the Etowah overflow withg sewage. Some of the streams are in the parks where children play. Not a good or helthy situation.

Arcadia views is being built on Route 64 West which already is burdened with a lot of traffic. Please plan the infrastructure before continuing to develop this beautiful area.

Let us plan the infrastructure before all of the continued development in this area.

Growth must be responsible, both to current residents and to those that are looking to live in the area. No one should be subjected to raw sewage - EVER

No more mass building without proper sewage capacities! Save the waters!

Don’t add to the current problem. Please don’t add more housing until sewage treatment plants are expanded accordingly.

Overdevelopment will be the bane of these mountains and our finite resources. There should be a moratorium on all new development until our extremely inadequate infrastructure is protected by much stronger and clearer zoning laws. Developers have, for far too long now, taken advantage of our lax zoning laws because for years, locals didn’t want to be told how their land should be used. Now though many of that generation have died and their lands have been passed down and or sold. We need stronger zoning laws to make developers responsible for infrastructure that their developments will affect.

Infrastructure upgrades need to happen BEFORE large scale development occurs. Look at models in other cities for possible solutions including forcing developers to fund some of the needed infrastructure upgrades prior to building.

We have frequent heavy rains, this is a growing and serious problem.
