Local school boards will have the final say on whether students return to classrooms wearing masks this fall. As parents and caregivers we need to have our voices heard!
As of June 8, ALL of Illinois COVID data are on a severe downward trend, with case and hospitalization counts the lowest they’ve been since the beginning. Children are not and were not super spreaders. Over 75% of those 65 and older in Illinois have been fully vaccinated, while 83.4 percent of that age group has had at least first shot. We are no longer in a pandemic and as Americans we have medical freedom. Make masks optional!!

Unmask the children. This needs to be a parents choice. NOT the teachers, school board, union or government.
Massing our children is genuine to perpetuate the fear that we have already given them that our world is not safe to even breathe the air when it is let them build their immune systems and be faced with daily germs so that they can fight more serious thing you're teaching our children to be afraid and to follow what they are told without any facts or information
Children need to breathe and enjoy socializing with friends. School should not be a place that may be disliked any more than it already is for some children. This masking of growing children needs to STOP!
Enough is enough- the cdc emphasizes kids are not the culprit in spreading covid. Let them breathe.
Children need to learn in a normal environment. Give parents the ability to choose what is best for their kids.
Absolutely no masks for my kids!
Masks have been proven to be very unhealthy for children, especially for long periods of time. There also has not been any evidence they are effective against the virus.
