We, as the citizens of Nicosia-CYPRUS which is the last divided capital city in the world demand that the wall that segregates Ledra Street is demolished. Ledra Street has been closed since 1963 after the barricades dividing the capital of Cyprus along ethnic lines were first erected. We demand that the city becomes a demilitarized zone with no weapons. Instead an atmosphere of peace should reign. Let\'s Unite Ledra Street and make it true to its real name -- Makri Dromos -- Uzun Yol or \"The Long Road\".
