round 2 more action Current mood: contemplative Category: Goals, Plans, Hopes Brothers and Sisters our march on Jena was not taken too seriously because Mychal is still in prison and they are still being excessively charged.We must continue to march to show our presence and support but also to step our actions up. i think it is now time to choke the flow of finances by us where they (meaning Louisiana) benefit until the Gov. of Louisiana get off her ass and do something about what is occurring in her back yard. In July of 2008 the Essence Magazine will be hosting their music festival in Louisiana.I think we should email and write to Essence Magazine and suggest they hold their festival somewhere other than Louisiana until the Jena 6 receive justice. We should look into any other black or white companies that will be hosting any big gatherings in Louisiana to plan for another location as long as the 6 students have not received justice. Lets make this work,lets not talk about what we will or should do lets get to it and do it. The march was a beautiful gathering do in a big part by us blogging now lets do this.
