Michael Joseph Jackson has helped many in need throughout his time spent on this planet. He loved this planet so, and it's inhabitants. His humanitarian effords go unnoticed by many. He most of all, had a deep affection for children all over the world, especially those that suffered. He did great many things and out of all those things a statue was created. A statue that captured a moment in Michael's life that the media and every Michael Jackson hater has not ever understood and made a mockery of. This statue - created by Swedish-born sculptor Maria von Kohler - referred to in this petition, that is on display at The Premises Studios in Hackney Road, is the one where he is holding baby Blanket out through the window, in an innocent effort to show the fans his younest child. Thanks to Maria von Kohler that moment has now been made immortal, and along with it the opportunity for the press and haters to make an eternal mockery of an innocent act. We, the Michael Jackson fans, demand the removal of this disrespectful piece that's being called art. It is disrespectful in every way to Mr. Jackson, his children and family.
