United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Yemen field office, Meddle east : WE appeal to the UNHCR to consider the third country resettlement of the Eritrean prisoners in Yemen for a priority processing.

On behalf of the Eritrean refugees in a Yemen prison, we appeal to the UNHCR to facilitate their transfer to a temporary safer residence and stop deportation of Eritrean prisoner from Hodeidah prison in Yemen . In due consideration to the suffering they underwent during their more than three years imprisonment in Yemen, we hope their third country resettlement process will be given a priority.
