I would like to solve this issue because there should have been a vote on this subject during elections. The student body and parents should have been informed of this change. Unfortunately, myself, many other students and parents do not agree with the policy. The reason for this petition is to establish that transgenders should be using the bathrooms assigned with their birth gender or establish bathrooms for the specific use of transgender students. For many students it is awkward and uncomfortable to have transgenders use the bathrooms which they choose to identify with. If you choose to agree with this stance, please sign the petition.
