I am petitioning to make a change in how we as members are informed of union meetings, board posting, job postings, request time/vacation off, view our paid hours and accumulated OT hours. Review meeting minutes and VOTE. Other unions in Ontario are adapting the technology to better inform and increase member participation in critical decisions in their unions progression. The world and our demographics are changing and so should they way we conduct our union business.
