I was under the impression that this housing is for families that need it. From what I know about Tracie and her situation, she definitely fits the bill. The directors in charge need to look at and oversee how things are being run and dealt with. She and her two sons need to and deserve to stay there, not allowing this is in essence putting them out on the street and becoming homeless.
I was under the impression that the Lions are there to help lift people up, not pull them down. Do the right thing, and allow them to stay. She is an integral piece of the puzzle in that housing complex.

I have known Tracie for several years now. I am a career coach and worked on a pro-bono basis to help my friend increase her interviewing and job application skills. I coached her through several rounds of resume changes, cover letter writing, applicatoins process, and interviews. It is a very tough market out there for candidates and Tracie is one of those caught in it. She works very hard for her children. She is pleasant, a good mom and tries to provide everything they need to thrive. She is a single mother with no family help. To evict her and her children after she has tried to meet the demands of rental payments and has shown herself worthy and responsible, would be a travesty and a sure fire way to put her and her children under great duress. Please reconsider her eviction, it is unfair and unjust way to deal with an otherwise model tenant.

I have known Tracie for around 7 years. She is an honest and hard working mum, doing her best to provide for her 2 boys. She is not afraid of hard work. There may have been issues with late payment of rent in the past, but I truly think that this issue has changed now. Please can you find it in your hearts to let Tracie and her boys stay.

I have lived in North Vancouver since 1976 and have known Tracie for almost 10 years when her children were very young. Our friendship has grown through the years and I know she is a reliable honest and hard working individual who is finding the current economy a real trial at the moment. I believe she should be allowed to stay in her current housing situation at the Lion's Club Housing for the present time and until it is feasible economically for her to move on to other options as her financial situation improves. .

Tracie and her kids are excellent neighbours. She was among the first to welcome me into the community. It seems the one and only problem (late rent) has been solved. I hope you can find it in your hearts to be flexible and reconsider. I feel certain she wouldn't let it happen again, and a trial basis would protect you.

Tracie is a warm and compassionate person. I may only know Tracie through facebook, what I have come to know is how compassionate, full of life, love for her children and just all around good nature she has. Strongly reconsider your position ... I hope an agreement can be made and she isnt forced to relocate not just home but schooling for her children as well!

If a family is able to pay even late you are still getting paid. Do not create more issues for them. Let them stay it's the right thing to do.
