This is a dramatic increase of fee and banks back home granted us loan based on your document of fee estimation for two years as you can see.Also if you had mentioned earlier that fee increase could be so high then some of us who couldn't afford would have reconsidered their decision.It is unfair that you mention something and you do something else.

There is absolutely no reason for the hike. More and more Non EU students are coming to TU Delft every year anyway. With the current fee it is sufficient for them to operate properly. Hope this petition changes TU Delft opinion about the hike.

We do not want the tuition fee increase so much, which is a big burden for us. The authorities of tudelft should take it important and we want to pay more attention on study instead of tuition fee!

Quite unfair of such a steep increment in the fee structure. Initially a 2% increment was informed to us , but now , an increment of 10% is quite too much to impose on.

On what basis does this fee increasement stands？ 10% rise is just too much. The university better have a detailed explaination on this decision if tuition fee rise is inevitable. Students have every right to know where their money go.

10% is far more than the inflation, It's not reasonable. Plus, as an non EU student, I think the activities organized by the uni or faculty are very limited to non EU students. Only to international students in general. There are almost none career events or workshop for non EU students specially, limited information from student association for internship. The uni cannot increase tuition 10% percent without providing necessary service to Non EU students.

Think about it, every Dutch friend ask me how are we international students able to pay these crazy sums of money and study here in Delft. The hike is close to what they Dutch have to pay of an entire year, and if we accept this hike, what will come next year or even after that? Is the TU still going to exploit its students for tuition?

I have been under great pressure for the tuition fee cuz my parents supports my education. If the tuition fee goes that high, im not sure me and my family can sustain this:(((

This was a surpirise. There was no announcment before application about a fee augmentation for the second year. The hike is the total fee for an entire year for a european student. I dont agree nor think is fair
